This server have confirmed cheater, yet they refuse to ban him

So, on this server (id: 259413843812417536) is person, that admit to using cheats in games, yet administration do not care about it, and refuse to ban cheater. They've already deleted his messeges, but I have screenshots (I hide the others nicknames and avatars), and I post them here. Also, few links where he still admit and they don't delete messeges:

Discord will not ban an account for cheating in a video game. Discord does not have any moderation ties with any game companies, only promotional ones. In this case you'll want to reach out to Microsoft (specifically Xbox) support and the support for whichever game the person is cheating on. Neither Microsoft nor Discord or any gaming devs monitor these forums so complaining here does nothing
