Stop recognising Wallpaper Engine as a game

Wallpaper Engine is a program that allows you to change your desktop wallpaper with effects that Windows does not usually allow. It is not a video game. It's annoying having to tell Discord to ignore the program every time I install Discord. There is no reason for Discord to recognise it as a game, especially with the “Playing” status text.
