Been 3 days since I've made request, no answer back yet

Me and the owner of a server, are working together to get the server transferred to me as his account was hacked and he's locked out of it now. discord told him to have me make a ticket as they can't transfer it without my consent. its been 3 days now and we haven't gotten answer yet.

    it took me 4 months to get an answer and they said no despite it fulfilling all criteria. you will have better luck getting the account back.

    the owner is kinda.. and he's somehow lost the 2FA for the account, alongside the backup codes so the account is not coming back either. for a billionaire company, their support is so incredibly poor

    check if you did the form correct, i was falsely reported as underage on 2 accounts and i entered the dob in the wrong format on my second time which is why i didn't get a reply but once i entered it right i got undisabled in like a day or two

    hi charlie, even though i've ensured i gave them everything including mentioning the ticket number the owner made + screenshots, they denied my ticket claiming i don't meet the requirement for a traditional transfer (even though that is not what im asking for). they simply told me to just make a new server and magically invite back 25,000+ people into it and remake everything. i was also threatened with a ban from making support tickets if i keep pressuring them about the case. i dont see how a 1 billion dollar company's support is so poor, they really should invest into a call centre tbh. it would be a lot easier to verify things if you could speak with someone, a live chat option would be good aswel if they somehow can't afford a call centre. it is such a shame that they will allow a massive community to suffer because their support system is so bad
