I joked about age and now my ticket is closed

I joked about age and i said thig like "9yo"

I submitted a ticket but it wasn't formal 

So i submitted another i make it formal but it kept turning to "solved" i wrote some comments and it turned open again 

In the 3rd day it turned to be solved again 

I didn't receive any reply not even from a bot 

Should i follow up ?

Or open new ticket ?

Are there still any hope ? 

P.S : my first ticket is still open but i didn't receive reply on it even
