Unknown Session error when changing pfp

This started happening like yesterday, whenever i try to change my pfp it says “Unknown session” i tried everything from different browsers to mobile to deleting to reinstalling, all of it to no avail. 
When i went to Reddit i’ve seen that it’s not only me facing the problem but almost everyone!
Can we please do something about this?

  Hey, same thing here. Been trying everything, but to no avail. Pretty sure it's on Discord's end considering we are not alone in this. Seems like there is nothing we can do but wait.
