silly behaviour on discord's support and management.

Hi

I was wrongfully deactivated for ‘’being under 13'', whilst I am above the age of 13.
I've had my account for years and years, spent money on it since 2019, and yet the account has gotten deactivated and wrongfully accused of breaking rules many times.

An email I just recieved, whilst having my account deactivated, read that my account has yet AGAIN been deactivated due to ‘’suspicious'' behaviour.. while it is deactivated.

Disocrd has given me my account back again twice now, after the same deactivation reasons.

This is just plain stupid.

    I feel you there. Maybe not for your issue, but my account got suspended because I sent a screenshot of a bot sending an adult photo, claiming it was “non-consensual adult content” in which it means to send those kind of images (ai created or otherwise) without consent. So now I'm currently stuck in eff-ing limbo waiting for discord to get back to me.

    same here my account also deactivated  for “being under 13”

    I sended what they ask

    the support guy not even checked the document 
    btw as per document  i am currently 22y 6m

    but blind support guy not even see that

    for the people who commented;

    discord first got back to me the first time after 20 days, today i got my account back again only after 10.

    the support system is really bad, but they do verify and give the account back.
