Anyone know if I could get my disabled account back?
A few days ago, my account got falsely flagged and disabled for “spam/platform abuse”, and I have been trying to get in touch with support ever since. I've submitted a variety of tickets (some of which were unintentional as I put “general question” as the category and it emailed me telling me to resubmit my request, got confused because of that)
However, the remaining three tickets which were submitted through the category “Appeals and Age Update Requests” all haven't gotten a confirmation email from, whilst the tickets under the category “general question” all sent me automated responses and had a bot assigned to me, but kept telling me to resubmit. What should I do from then on? Will I be getting my account back? And did they genuinely acknowledge my three tickets if they're “open” and that “they're working on a response” with not even a bot assigned to me or an automated email? Could they have just ignored it, and if so, how can I potentially get in touch with them as soon as possible..?

please, try to send a ticket once for every 7 - 10 days. Sendng multiple tickets will lead them into a spam inbox. this will lower your chance to get replied by a moderator.

Yeah, I admit the multiple tickets incident was on my part, I was mildly stupid when I posted all of those tickets.

Yeah. I just wanted to make sure that the tickets being “open” but with no automated email still meant they could see it and potentially respond?

the moderators will respond every "open" tickets, but some will take long enough.
