Account Disabled for chargebacking Art Scammer

Hey, as of 09/07/24 my Discord account (which I've had for several years as a Nitro subscriber) was Disabled. Here's why:

I found an artist in a Server I wanted to commission for 3 art pieces. However, this artist would only take payments of Nitro Gifts. So I gifted 3 bundles as payment for the artwork. But once I'd paid/sent the bundles, the artist left the server I'd found them in, and swiftly blocked me, also not accepting friend or message requests. In an attempt to get my money back, as that was nearly $30, I filed a dispute for all 3 Nitro Gifts via PayPal.

And my account was swiftly Disabled within minutes after doing so. I've sent several emails to support to submit several pieces of evidence and submitted 2 reports. The second one being because they told me I'd submitted to the wrong category originally. I've yet to get a response from a living person yet and I'm getting very anxious after reading other people's struggles with being ignored. I had several active commissions going on in DM's and have years worth of notes taken on that account that I'd sorely miss if this wrongful suspension isn't resolved. I truly don't know what else to do but I've been sitting in anxiety since it happened. I even canceled the chargebacks and gave evidence of that to support over emails as well. Realistically, is there any hope for my account?
