Wow, my account is disabled due to age restrictions!

Six days ago. On September 8, 2024, my account was disabled. And of course they did it because of a humorous message, which, it seems, did not even have a clear indication of my age... The problem is that my tickets don't seem to be getting through. I do not receive notifications, and I continue to send new tickets. And a couple of days ago, I was finally able to log in to this site (before that, I wasn't even allowed to do this, just throwing it on the main page for some reason) and saw that my tickets were open. It's cool, of course, but there are about ten of them, and this threatens me with the fact that I have already simply got into spam. And of course, you can't close them yourself. So I am a prisoner of spam now, I have been waiting for at least six days for some kind of reaction, having long ago sent a photo with an identity card and the allowed age. I feel a little desperate and I don't know what to do. Can someone help me with my situation? P.S. In fact, in October 2023, I already confirmed my age at a similar false moment. Then my account was even banned, it seems. And then it all took a couple of days. And now it's like this. I'm sad.
