My account was falsely suspended due to blackmail

I have been apart of the Discord community for 7 years, have spent countless on Nitro subscriptions and decor items. Unfortunately however, last month I was falsely banned for breaking “Child Safety” ToS. What happened was an ex boyfriend I dated 4 - 5 years ago while in high school, chose to blackmail me by reporting our dm conversations from 2020 in order to try and hurt me both mentally and physically due to feeling resentful.

I have tried to appeal a few times, but the only responses I got were automated ones from Clyde or “T&S” saying they won't reinstate the account, even though I was a victim of blackmail and harassment.

I feel absolutely hopeless and my account I spent most of my social online life is gonna be deleted probably in the next 5 days. It really doesn't help either that I have autism and severe depression, which has caused me to be hospitalized several weeks ago due to a overdose attempt.

I just wish a miracle would happen, as I never intended to break ToS at all, and those that severely harassed me and blackmailed me got away with it.

If my account gets deleted, I will never spend money on Discord again and I hope the platform eventually ends up like MySpace or Skype.

discord will more than likely end up like Skype or MySpace if they contiune on they track they are on, bans have been issued left and right and all bans have either been false or spammed to the point of a ban. I truely hope you get your account back, and report the other guy for blackmail and what not. leave ticket open and if it closes open another one but don’t open multiple at a time or you will be marked as spam

The issue is I can't file a report against the user for blackmail due to how Discord's system works, and because my account was disabled it makes it harder to provide evidence unless Discord themselves check my logs.

It's ridiculous that their automatic system can straight up mistake and ban someone, even if the messages are from nearly half a decade ago. I was unfortunately a victim of this, and it's wrong for their automatic system to pretend that the “violations” were “recent activity”.
