Scrolling system in Channel Permissions

Create a scrolling system for channel permissions that divides roles and permissions. Because, to add or remove a permission from a role, you have to scroll down to change a role permission and scroll up to change roles, and then scroll down again and repeat the process.

For example in the image below, if I wanted to put the same permission in another role, I would have to scroll up to change the position and scroll down, thus changing the position permission.

Having this would be much better for setting up a channel as it would have the roles on the side as you scroll to the right.
