Why is support so slow

Waiting for support tickets to be answered in a reasonable amount of time seems to be lacking from discord.  Tickets with 21 days and when a reply is given it has resolved the problem.  It is something to think about as our server sits in limbo and membership goes down because we can not grow.  Please discord consider find a faster way to to address paying membership issues.
