CHARGEBACK VIOLATION

A few days ago I suffered an attack on my PayPal account and during the process of opening the paperwork, the PayPal operator among all the transactions put in Discord, which had nothing to do with the theft of my account.

Discord immediately banned my account and I immediately sent an appeal attaching evidence that the file against Discord had been opened by mistake by the PayPal operator.

As of today it has been three days that support has been avoiding me, what should I do to get my account back?
