A false report about underage and discord not reactive my account

My account has been suspended for 14days. I submit a ticket, take photo of my face my id and my username but is it my camera bad or something? The agent has reply my ticket by just tell me that i dont got enough material to proof im not underage. Then t took a photo again but more clear, they still reply the same text. Im rlly stressed because my account have alot of important things and a nitro innit !
