Default notification settings for individual users

allow users to set default notification settings instead of going by the server default each time you join a server

  I would like to be able to set a setting that says that I always select the setting "mentioned by name" for new servers. So far I have to change this setting for each server. This is annoying.

  I would go further:

  - Allow default nofication settings for
      PM of Friends
      PM from "Randoms"
      Groups
      Discord Servers

  I hav a friend who has Discord always muted because its just so bad.
  We have multiple Devices and Notification arent as reliable as we would like. (But we dont know why.)
