Users currently in voice chat

I think it would be useful to have a little icon or something next to a user's name if they are currently in a voice chat (server or DM). Doesn't have to specify which one, just that they are in one. It would help those who are talking with a group of people and someone else not knowing if they are talking or not.

  This, please... but also include a 'Quick join <Servername - Channel name>' button if you have permission to join the voice channel they're in

  Agreed. It's helpful for those who have multiple chats with Voice in them, too.
