Incorporate mute and deafen permissions in hierarchy structure.

Having two ranks (Master > Mod) who both have server mute and deafen permissions in voice chat.

Master is ranked above Mod, but Mods are able to server mute Masters. In fact, Mod and Master can server mute the server owner.

It would be nice to have this hierarchical.

  Mods/Admins ranked lower than the server owner in the hierarchy should not be able server mute the server owner. I agree that this should be made hierarchical. I do not want my admins to have permission to server mute me, the server owner, as they please. Even if I can reverse the change, not having them able to do it in the first place would be nice.
