Prune/Cull options & Global nickname changes

Is there any way that discord could have better culling options of servers, such as last text chat or voice chat join as I have a 200+ user server but many don't participate anymore. Also due to a meme in my server me and several folks changed all nicknames, and I would love an option to change everyone's name back to their default
