Group Chat Call Changes

I was in a group chat where I wanted to start a call with a specific person, or people since I didn't want to disturb the rest that were asleep, doing something important, or just don't want to join the call.

Could you please change it so when I want to start a call I have the option to ring everyone, or just a certain person or group of people? This also doesn't mean the rest of them cant join the call, they just wont have discord notify them that the call is starting, so they can carry on with whatever they are doing in peace.

  If or until Discord considers this, you can actually start a call silently by holding shift while you click the call button on PC

  I kind of like this idea. So its like starting a group call anybody can join in the group but only actually RINGING one person. +1

  I would definitely use this. Even better, have it work for a selection of users, or the membership list of a channel, so that you can summon them to a specific channel. Grades of summoning would be nice (maybe named after progressively nastier demons)
