Copy ID result is different on mobile from when I copy on PC

When I copy a users ID on mobile to issue a warning to someone in a server I moderate the ID I receive is an incorrect ID and will not work while when i go to my pc it gives me the correct ID. I was wondering if there is any fix for this other than just going to the pc to get the correct ID? Or if the app could be fixed in any way.
