Show server status on the app's 'connecting' page

Show the current server status on the 'connecting' page of the client. Just today (Dec 26) we had an outage. To see that there really is an outage and not just 'my internet is bad', we could see the server status on the loading page. I think I repeated a lot of words.

    When Discord is not connecting, there's an option of "server status" on the bottom center of your screen. Just click on that and it will lead you directly to the server status screen you are looking for.
