Discord Bot Ban/kick system.

Im looking for a discord bot that makes it where a certain role approves bans and kicks so mod and admins don't have a sudden change of thought and was ban and kick players.

  This isn't really the place to look for discord bots. This is meant for suggesting things to be added to discord itself.
