Stop closing things without resolution

So tired of discord not following through. A ticket was opened and has not been resolved. That ticket has to do with text to speech and on screen keyboard not functioning at the moment.

Instead of acknowledging the issue, or doing anything to help with that issue, you instead disregard what the users are talking about and close the issue.

SHAME ON YOU

Handle the issue. Put it in ot the right bucket. Don't just drop the ball.

Also, to let you know. This issue puts Discord in violation of the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
