Ability to ban users after they leave your server

It would be a really cool feature if you were able to ban a user after they leave a server. This would stop people being able to leave a server to avoid a ban and would let you rest a bit better knowing that they have been banned.

  i Would also like to request this feature of banning a user that’s left the server to prevent others from inviting back. I’m not going to take privileges away. I shouldn’t have to get a bot to be able to do it.

  I guess you could just ban them with a bot using their ID.
