Feature request: hide scroll back

Greetings, a little about myself and my group. I'm not using Discord for gaming.
I'm using it to organize free community classes. This means we cherish being more kicked back than
Slack -- which is PowerPoint chat, but that we need sometimes to take our game up a notch. What do I mean? I organize tech classes. We bitch and rant and rave about politics, and I go FULL COMMUNISM sometimes. This is cool because it's my group. People know me. They engage. I don't piss people off that I talk to. I also talk about Pineapple Pizza, and how much we need to ban that filthy scourage from Earth.

When we start a new class, I'd rather people not see that shit in the scroll back. I don't mind it being searchable. But, I'd like a fresh slate, in between classes. A point at which other people joining can't scroll back and see my long term plan for capitalists and pineapple pizza. After they know me, we can have that conversation publicly all over again.

Not sure if Discord can solve this problem, but it is a strong want I've got.
