Moderation: option for Time Outs

I would think it would be beneficial if there is an option to Time Out Members that are misbehaving in server chats.
When instances are not at a level to warrant kicks or bans from server which would be complete removal. Such as timing a person out from messaging for x specified time.

To better reflect procedures used from twitch

  Good idea. Maybe add a timer to server mutes as well so those squeakers can be shutted up for an hour or so.
