Stop notifications from deleted messages

Lets imagine you sent a message to someone with a racoon pfp, now, that message wasn't for them so you deleted it, but they still got the ping on the md, when you delete a message it should delete the ping too

  Our Discord server currently has a spammer problem.  They paste a link into every channel in the server and then get immediately banned by a moderator (usually within seconds to a minute or two of spamming).  However, this leaves every channel marked as unread for all users.  The spammers are hitting us very frequently (about once an hour) so they have completely wrecked Discord's channel read notification for our server.
  
  Our moderators can handle the spammers well enough, but the read notification issue is a pretty big problem because the moderators cannot address that.

  That's quite weird. You can ghost ping by doing this. If you can't read notification, you can't find out who pinged you, because you heard sound and notification. They should make deleted mentions readable for 24h back

  Same issue with non-mention notifications. Why tell me that there's a new message if the only 'new message' was deleted before I could open the channel? Is a bummer when you have pings on for all new messages in specific channels, too. "Oh, there's a new messa- never mind."

  Yeah, if a message gets deleted, whether it contains a mention or not, the notification sent to people should also get withdrawn.

  Edit: maybe Discord should even tell people who was online (and were not in Do Not Disturb status) when the message was deleted that the message was deleted to avoid confusion

  I want to up this one, because it's a necessary feature for privacy
  
  And edited messages notifications should update too
