Dark themed gif picker in image upload popup

Pressing ctrl + g while uploading a picture should bring up a dark themed gif picker rather than a light themed one. (Also dark themed emoji picker but that's not implemented anywhere yet.)

Also, adding a gif button to the comment box would be a great addition so you can add gifs without being aware of the command.
