Youtube "Streaming" status message

If you stream on Twitch and your Twitch account is linked with Discord it will set your stream as your status message. Maybe do the same for Youtube live streams.

    Where possible it might be a good idea to tie this in with Streamer Mode-- ie if the Discord app notices that you have a Streamer Mode application open (like OBS) at the same time as a tracked game, it should note that you're streaming what you're playing instead of just saying you're playing.
