different icon/colour for self-mute vs. muted on my end

It would be great to have a different colour/icon for someone you have muted vs. if they have muted themselves. Often I want to know if I have someone muted or they've done it themselves, without having to click them to see the checked box.

Having it different in the server would be helpful, but even if it were just a different colour in the overlay - it's annoying to have to click out of my game and into the window and *then* to their name to see what the situation is.

  It would be awesome to have different shades for server-mute/personal-mute/self-mute and same with deafen. Speaking of deafen, when are we getting personal-deafen, i can't make people deaf to what i say and i want to.
