Disclaimer/ Notice on voice chat join

The ability to set up an alert or message when someone joins a voice channel. I think this could be very useful for LFG servers to remind players of that servers ToS/ bannable offenses. Also, as a small time streamer, I'd like the ability to disclaimer anyone joining the voice chat room I use to stream that they are being broadcasted/ potentially recorded. I feel this feature being available for server staff to enable/ edit would create more clarity between players and staff, and create an easier environment for upholding rules and community standards.
