I Can't Hear Anything In a Voice Call

For a while I haven't been able to hear ANYTHING in a voice chat or in voice channels, I've tried the "Voice Debug Central" thing, but I don't even see any of the boxes mentioned. It's getting annoying and I just want to figure out what's happening.
I've also already turned my device (laptop) on and off again, though I haven't tried uninstalling and reinstalling Discord yet.
Should I? And does anyone else have this problem too?
