tts is playing from other channels and wont stop when i disabled it in text&images pls help

I logged onto discord and I noticed that after not being able to use tts for awhile that it finally starts to spam tts messages from other servers, which I have all muted. The only thing that stops it is me deafening myself. I have all the channels muted and have left the servers where I suspect it could be from and yet it keeps playing them in chronological order pls help me.

same here. didnt hear tts for long time. now i hear everything in tts

Got the same problem, even if i stop all processes of discord and toggle /tts playback it still keeps playing tts messages...
