Fortnite no longer being detected as a game automatically in discord

Fortnite is no longer being detected as a game in discord. This is happening to me and my friend's pc. Whenever I open Fortnite, I have to manually go into Game Activity and choose Fortnite as a game and then turn on the overlay. The verified version of Fortnite (the one with the tick next to it) is not being detected as the current game. It says that it was last played 2 days ago. When I add fortnite as a game, there is no tick next to it. This is all frustrating because I cannot use the overlay without having to go into game activity and selecting Fortnite. This never used to happen until 2 days ago.
