you should have the option to color code your nickname on discord servers, like the Bukkit color codes. that would be extremely helpful to both server owners, and discord itself, because if members of a server wanted to change the color of their name, or make it multicolored, they could. doing so would remove the need for color tag roles, and it would get people to stop complaining that there aren't multicolored roles.
you would have to make it a permission in role settings, so that the owner of a server can control whether or not people can have multicolored nicks.
also, i would say that it needs a prefix, like ## for example, which would then be followed by a hex code, or a number which would correspond to a certain color off of a list of set colors. the hex code/prefix wouldn't count as characters when creating a nickname. also, the color would continue to be the same until you change it again, the word ends, or the nickname ends. if the hex code was left incomplete, then it would just not color code the portion which the incomplete hex code would have affected, and it would remain part of the nickname.
##ff0000One ##00ff00Big ##0000ffNickname
that would end up being
One Big Nickname
with One being red, Big being green, and Nickname being blue
another example would be:
that would just end up being all red, since its only one word, and the color doesn't get changed a second time
a third example would be:
##ff0000One Big ##00ff00Nickname
One would be red, Big would just default back to the color of their highest role since it isn't color coded, and Nickname would be green.
then there is the option where its just preset colors, like the Bukkit color codes, in which case it would act the same way as the hex codes, but it would just be one of the preset numbers instead of an entire hex code. there should also be a cap to the amount of different colors you can have in one nickname, for which i would suggest capping it somewhere between 9-7, whereas nitro would be capped at a higher interval.
