Muting group dm members

I think it would be a good idea if you can be able to mute group dm members, only if you're the group owner of course. What I mean is that you are able to mute them from the chat for everyone, not in calls. This would be helpful if someone is spamming and it would be very important in some cases if you have a guy in your group DM that is very annoying.

I got this idea because this guy is spamming the same meme over and over in my group DM and no one can see each others actual messages, lol.
