Lag when others Screenshare

Hi,
So I realized, when someone screenshots in a group call, some of us lag but to some it doesn't impact their game framerate at all.
My internet is pretty decent and I have hardware acceleration off.
When someone sharescreens and I am in game, it starts to feel really choppy.
