Recent Calls?

I'd think it'd be neat to have a feature where you have a history of missed/recent voice calls, so you can call them back if necessary. I've had this issue with someone not on my friends list attempting to reach me, but then being unable to call them back because, well, I don't have them on my friends list.

  Well do so we can turn it off if we want
