allow users to crop/apply markup to uploaded images

I'm pretty sure many of us have encountered screenshots/memes/and photos that should have had an annoying watermark cropped out, or a caption, or anything, that needed to be fixed in some way, something that I've been thinking for a while, since a bunch of other applications are starting to let you apply markup or crops to photos upon upload, i think it would be fantastic to be able to do both within discord, as it is basically the hub of communication now, every time you'd upload from mobile or desktop there would be a button appear allowing you to edit said file, which would prove quite convenient for quick edits, highlights, or fixes required to a photo a user is trying to post.

  If could be added would be amazing, im always cropping images on other programs to then share on discord, it's kinda a waste of time when could be done all in one app. Im more than sure many other people will agree this option is very convenient.
