My account got disabled for no reason what's so ever

So basically all of this just happened in the last 40 min.

i was using discord listening to some music and talking with my friends and suddenly my account got disabled for no reason, it said to check my email and there was nothing from discord.

Can any of the staff help me as fast as possible to fix this problem .
