Acquiring Nitro Boosts

I simply want to know how long does it take to acquire new boosts? 1 month, 2 months, 6 months, a year...just simply want to know how long. I don't see this answered in the basic information about Boosting and have about 10 or 15 other servers I want to boost. Also, I read somewhere that eventally we will be able to buy more boosts. If that is the case, I want to know when that will go in effect as well as I really rather not wait for boost to accumulate.
