Server Management Suggestions, Google Docs Style

Add a permission to a role to 'suggest' changes to a server. No one except the suggester and suggestion viewers such as admins can see the suggestion. The admin can either approve or deny the suggester's changes with a click. Let's say you want to make a text channel. You do as if you're an admin, but it's marked with a pen icon. Only you and admins can see it. Admins see this weird pen channel that you made. They can click 'Accept' to add the new channel you made, or 'Deny' to delete your suggestion.

  That would be so cool! It would be non-destructive and easier than trying to write out what you think would be changed! The only problem I see would be people changing things just to be annoying, which could be solved with a simple permission!

  I think this adds unneccessary complexity.
