Don't show the embed suppress button on embeds created by bots

I get that it is nice for moderators to have the ability to remove embeds, but some embeds (like most of the embeds that bots create), should not be suppressed. Some important embeds (like ones used in welcome messages and such), could be accidentally suppressed by a moderator, and right now, it can only be brought back again by a bot. So, removing the embed suppress button on bot embeds would be very nice. Otherwise, add a way for users to disable the embed suppression again.

  Yea, thats something we need. I think it should only be an option for when embeds are made because of links
