Transform messages in notifications

The title is difficult to understand but I will try to explain

When you have 300 servers. You have two servers in these 300 servers that you want to know when there is a new message.

Imagine you have a button to make that if there is a message in a certain server, it turns into notification so you are notified that there is a new message on this when you open Discord and so you don't have to pass all the 300 servers to see if you have a new message on this server or not.

I'm bad at explaining

  You can't be in 300 servers. You can only be in up to 100 servers :D

  It's a metaphor, when I say 300 servers, that means a lot of servers :)
