Easier scrolling on the right side

On the right side of the screen where the roles are listed you should be able to scroll with page up and page down rather than only with scroll wheel. This would be done by clicking on a black space within the right side of the screen then rather than scrolling in a text channel you would scroll the member's list or scroll the results of the search function.
