Suppress notification for muted channels

Seems like this is a popular request that's been in demand for a long time. What do we have to do to get you to implement it? Perhaps it could be added to the currently-less-than-inspiring Nitro offering?

i often got pinged even i muted them.

this guy 353471950976188417 did some to me.

i have told not to ping me in DM but he kept doing so

This is supposed to be the whole point of muted channels....

This. I shouldn't have to suppress a whole server just to avoid ping notifications for a few specific, already-muted, notifications-off channels.
