Add option to hide message content in notifications.

Basically, I just want the option to remove the message preview in notifications without muting notifications altogether. (Ex. Replace the preview text with "(message content)"/"(see chat to view message)"/or just leave it blank and only show the source.) I personally need the notifications as a reminder to check Discord, but I also run the risk of coworkers/parents/friends/etc. seeing things they shouldn't or don't need to see. It's also a bit of a security measure, just in case someone is sending you sensitive content while you're out in public.

I'm in a server that occasionally gets NSFW, and there's no guarantee that it's going to happen the NSFW channel so I can't just turn off Notifications to the NSFW channel, but I can't turn off all notifications for the server because I'll a) miss time sensitive content I'm not mentioned (@) in and b) forget to check the server.

Also some ideas about the potential levels this could be applied to:
- All notifications
- Apply to specific servers
- Apply to specific channels
- Apply to specific DMs
- Apply to specific users (?)
- Server admins could apply this setting to their own servers and/or channels and enforce it for all members of that server. (especially good for more sensitive servers)

Yes please. I'm not sure how Discord thinks they can be a commercial/professional messaging app without this feature. Every other msging app I use has this; Slack, Teams, Signal, Whatsapp. It's weird to not have it. Who doesn't have people around at some point when they are messaging. These are private conversations, I don't want them popping up to show everyone that can see my screen; or when I'm screen sharing. How is this not a bigger issue for all Discord users?

+1 on this. Like original poster said, having message notifications while not showing the message text is important when there is a chance of receiving NSFW or confidential messages.
