A function that allows user to see a channel even if its category is collapsed.

  Maybe a use case for this helps a bit:
  Imagine you're in a server where there's channels dedicated to a certain area, maybe to organise meetups or something. Then you could pin the channel that corresponds to your area. Now you could collapse that category and still have the channel for you area show up for quick access even if there are no new messages. This would significantly reduce clutter in the channel lists on some servers I'm on.

  Agreed. I'm on several "community" discords that have 30+ channels, of which I might only follow 3 or 5 channels.

  I typically mute all the channels I don't follow and collapse all categories, but that only lets me see the channel if there's something un-read. I'd like to be able to pin / always-see certain channels even if their category is collapsed so I can easily navigate to it even if there's no new messages.
