Ability to change the date format

  This is technically already a thing, Discord relies on what language you have chosen to pick the right date format for you, my date format is DD/MM/YY since I have English UK selected if I chose English US it would be MM/DD/YY instead this applies for all languages it will select the format that is used in the country.
