Change picture of an old post

As someone who writes guides for various events, it'd be fantastic if we could "change image" from a previous post. I'd imagine it to function as such: click edit message, then see option to change the picture. This would be especially useful when needing to update a picture to reflect changes made to the guide. For the time being, I repost the entire thread with the new images.... sadly time consuming.

  I would like this feature. If you can edit the text of a message, why not the image it contains?

  updating this feature request. 
  I'm using Discord for managing a gaming group, and we use pinned images that we'd like to update instead of removing the previous pin, and adding new ones all the time. 

  It's a good feature.

  I can't belieive Discord update is soooo long and so weak… with no road map, etc…

  Hello. I found out how to do this, as a workaround.

  First, delete the image from your original forum post.

  Next, post the image you want somewhere.

  Copy the link to the image (on desktop, you can right clik → copy link).

  Edit the first post of your forum thread, and paste the link in. Anywhere is fine, at the end or the start both work.

  Save the edit, and your thread should display the linked image.

  we are replacing Discord Forum by Notion.so
  Impressive filter and sorting features and no prob to change picture.
